Wealth & Abundance 101 for Witches: A Grounded Magical System for Sustained Prosperity

I. Wealth as an Energetic Ecosystem

Money is not a reward. It is a relationship.

Wealth responds to:

  • safety

  • clarity

  • structure

  • consistency

  • consent

Many witches struggle financially not because they are “bad at money,” but because money represents visibility, power, responsibility, and permanence—all things historically unsafe for witches.

Abundance is not “thinking positively.”
Abundance is allowing resources to circulate through you without panic, guilt, or self-sabotage.

II. Shadow Work for Wealth (The Gatekeeper)

Before calling money in, remove what quietly pushes it away. This is best done in waning or new moon phases.

Common Wealth Shadows

  • Fear of success (being seen, judged, targeted)

  • Fear of responsibility (money = obligation)

  • Loyalty to struggle (ancestral, cultural, identity-based)

  • Guilt around wanting ease or luxury

  • Belief that spirituality and money conflict

  • Magical bypassing (“the universe will provide” without action)

Shadow Prompts

Do not rush. Do as much as inspired, when inspired.

  • What do I fear would change if I suddenly had steady money?

  • Where do I associate money with danger or loss?

  • Who did I learn money from—and what did they model?

  • What emotions come up when I receive money?

  • What does “enough” actually look like for me?

Shadow Clearing Spell (Simple + Effective)

You will need these or similar tools:

  • one black or brown candle

  • paper and pen

  • heat-safe bowl

  • water

Write what you are releasing as statements:

“I release fear of being resourced.”
“I release loyalty to struggle.”
“I release guilt around ease.”

Light the candle. Read each line aloud. Burn the paper safely.
Drop ashes into water and dispose down the drain or into earth.

Do this once per month, not obsessively.

III. Physical Space = Wealth Spell Container

Money enters through doors, floors, and habits.

Wealth Floor Wash (Weekly or Biweekly)

Mix:

  • warm water

  • a pinch of salt

  • a splash of vinegar or alcohol

  • optional: cinnamon, bay, basil, orange peel

Wash from back of the home toward the front door.

As you clean, say:

“Paths clear. Resources flow. This home welcomes wealth.”

Do not rush. This is both mundane and magical.

Doorway Anchoring

At your front door:

  • place a coin, sigil, crystal, or symbol

  • anoint with wealth oil monthly

  • refresh intention regularly

Rooms That Matter Most

  • Kitchen: nourishment, money staying power

  • Workspace: income clarity

  • Bedroom: money safety (clear anxiety here)

IV. Wealth Crystals (Functional Use)

Crystals are anchors, not wish granters.

Core Categories

  • Attraction: citrine, pyrite, green aventurine

  • Stability: jade, smoky quartz, hematite

  • Worth & confidence: tiger’s eye, sunstone

  • Protection: obsidian, black tourmaline

How to Work With Them

  • One crystal per intention is enough

  • Place intentionally, not everywhere - one at the 4 cardinal directions/corners for each direction and element, one at the center of the home for spirit. Best done for the first time during the new or waxing moon.

  • Recharge weekly (smoke, sound, moonlight, sand, salt, water - make sure your choice is safe for the specific stone)

  • Pair with a spoken charge/program/enchantment

V. Wealth Sigil Craft

Sigils give money clear instructions.

Best Uses

  • Consistent income

  • Paid opportunities

  • Client flow

  • Financial calm

Create one sigil per goal.
Charge through:

  • candle flame

  • breath

  • oil anointing

  • repetition over time

Place sigils:

  • in wallets

  • on phones

  • under keyboards

  • near doors

Retire sigils once the goal stabilizes.

VI. Wealth Allies: Deities, Angels & Spirits

Wealth prefers respectful relationship, not desperation.

Choosing Allies

Work with:

  • deities of trade, harvest, gold, fortune

  • angels of provision and order

  • house spirits and land spirits (often overlooked)

Offerings

Appropriate offerings include:

  • candles

  • alcohol

  • oils

  • incense

  • regular devotion or upkeep

Avoid:

  • guilt offerings

  • promises you can’t keep

  • frantic escalation

Petitions

Write clearly and practically.

Place petitions:

  • under an altar

  • near a doorway

  • in a prosperity jar

Review monthly. Close when fulfilled.

VII. Wealth Oils & Body Magic

Money must feel safe in your body.

See the aromatherapy apothecary for recipes or make your own (make sure it’s at safe dilution and use time - very important)

Anoint:

  • wrists

  • behind ears

  • heart or solar plexus

Do this once per week, not daily.

VIII. Weekly Wealth Rhythm

Consistency builds momentum.

Moonday: Love Letters to Money

Every Monday, write a short letter to money. (Moonday, Mooney)

Include:

  • gratitude

  • honesty

  • boundaries

  • desire

Example:

“Money, I’m learning to trust you. I welcome you without fear.”

Track how the tone shifts over weeks.

Weekly Checklist

  • refresh oil

  • recharge crystals

  • tidy altar or workspace

  • take one real-world money action

IX. Mundane Alignment (Non-Negotiable)

Magic avoids chaos.

  • Track income without judgment

  • Budget as an act of care

  • Charge appropriately

  • Say no to financial leaks

  • Rest when needed

Money stays where it is respected & joyfully appreciated - not shamefully or guiltfully or anxiously.

X. Protection & Retention Magic

Attraction without protection leads to burnout.

  • ward income sources

  • cut cords with exploitative dynamics

  • protect time and energy

  • close unpaid labor loops

A simple protection phrase:

“What I earn stays. What drains me leaves.”

XI. Monthly & Seasonal Check-Ins

Each month, reflect:

  • What shifted?

  • Where did resistance soften?

  • Where do I need more structure?

Seasonally:

  • Spring: growth

  • Summer: expansion

  • Autumn: harvest

  • Winter: consolidation

Rest is not failure.
Stability is wealth.

XII. The 3-Month Wealth Cycle

Expect:

  • emotional shifts first

  • boundary changes second

  • opportunities third

  • money last

Evaluate after 3 months:

  • deepen shadow work?

  • refine systems?

  • strengthen allies?

  • escalate spellwork?

XIII. Ethics, Power & Witchy Wealth

Witches are meant to be resourced.

Money is not corruption.
Money is capacity.

Wealth allows:

  • choice

  • safety

  • generosity

  • rest

  • sovereignty

Your magic deserves support.
Your body deserves ease.
Your life deserves beauty.
